I know it's only 12:15 but I already have the W-Day results and I'm happy to report that I'm down another 1.8 lbs! I have noticed the past couple of weeks that waiting ALL day to get on that scale was driving me nuts. Lets just say Wednesdays have been less than productive days for me since starting this program (sorry co-workers). I am going to continue to attend the meetings on Wednesday nights but I'm switching up the weigh in's. From now on I'm going to weigh on my walk to work Wednesday or Thursday mornings. Today is the beginning of my 4th week on WW and I can honestly say I don't feel like I'm on a "diet," that's a dang good feeling!

In addition to a reduced-calorie diet and physical activity, frequent weighing appears to be an integral part of successful weight loss. Monitoring weight on a regular basis is a form of accountability and self-monitoring, and consistent self-monitoring is associated with improved weight loss.
