W-Day #29

When you do the right thing and you see results... it's a damn good feeling! This week I'm down 1.4 lbs! I have been working on being "conscious" about food. I've noticed I feel a lot better after I eat when I take a minute and actually THINK before digging in. Sometimes by just slowing down you'll start to notice the difference between need vs want. Give it a try! I've had some shocking revelations lately and I'm excited to see where this new behavior can take me. Hopefully to GOAL!
